Daymaniyat Islands Nature Reserve
The Daymaniyat Islands are a protected area and it is an archipelago of nine islands along the coast of Wilayat A Seeb and wilayatBarka. Surrounding by rocks and shallow seas which lie only 16-18 km from the coast reachable by boat. The Islands are characterized by their virgin nature and fascinating beauty, offering shelter to a variety of animals.

Unforgettable experience with nice organisation

I think that it says it all if I mention that we went twice in two days with this company. First time with captain Andrew who took us to two snorkeling locations where we saw so many turtles, "nemo" and even moray eel. We really enjoyed it so much and our children of 7 and 8 years too (be aware that they are very good swimmers) that we booked it for the following day as well.
Second day we went with captain Idris. He took us in to two different places and 3rd location was the same as the previous day. On this trip we saw even more turtles (sometimes even 9 together), stingray, "nemo", puffer fish and many other beautiful species of fish. We could get enough. Coral was alsi beautiful and amazed us both because we both snorkel on every holiday possible and this coral was in a good condition.
On the way back to the marina I spotted dolphins and suddenly they were everywhere, so many of them, jumping around our boat and playing. Idria took his time and didn't rush us back so we could enjoy this spectacular encounter. Lovely trip with lovely people. I would also like to thank Sarah who helped me organise everything❤

This trip was amazing!
We saw at least 20 turtles and some small sharks. Idris is a great captain who knows where to go and makes sure the entire group has a great time. He even took some videos of us and the turtles with his GoPro which turned out amazing! Def recommend!

A great trip in a comfortable boat. Captain Idriss was very friendly and helpful. Snorkelling around Daymaniyat islands was excellent in the clear and warm waters, with plenty of time in the water. Unfortunately no whale sharks spotted on the trip, not for lack of trying by the captain.

Very nice experience on crystal clear waters in the Gulf of Oman. Swimming with the turtles was a life time experience
