Depart Muscat on the way, we make a short photo stop to little village of Fanja, before we continue our journey to Wadi Bani Khalid. This is one of the biggest and most beautiful wadis that Oman is famous for. The wadi canyon is impressive with its amazing steep walls and breathtaking crystal-clear water pools it is awesome to look at on its own can you also enjoy a swim in the relaxing cool freshwater pool or just sunbathe you also can have lunch there in local Omani restaurant. In the afternoon, we head up to famous Wahiba Sands Desert, where you drive off road and see stretches after stretches of pure sand and endless towering sand dunes. Here you will get to appreciate and experience the real feel and magic of the Omani desert. We have the chance to visit a traditional Bedouin house where we can try Omani coffee and dates also you can ride Camel and drive to the dunes and take lots of photos. after we drive back to Muscat.

Winter at Wahiba Dessert

Our visits to Wahiba desert was fantastic. Its nice to go there now as its winter already. Nice view specially the sunset. We tried also the camel riding. Went to bedouin house. You guys can buy also souvenir from there. People there are very much welcoming. Will definitely go back there for an overnight stay. Thanks Ms. Annaliza for booking this trip to us.

Beautiful Wahiba Dessert

Had an extremely fun and rewarding trip. Khalid was on time and a safe and courteous driver. This trip is a must when visiting Oman. It is a long day but well worth it to see the views at sunset .It can get chilly while you're waiting at the top of dessert for sunset so would be worth taking a jacket. overall would highly recommend both Khalid and Oman landscape tours . Thanks for making our day one to remember
